Gertzen Digital Solutions GmbH, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany. Managing Director: Natalia Gertzen. E-mail: sales@gertzen-digital.com.
What we process and why
When you send the trial request form we process your name, work e-mail, phone number, company, role, the number of parallel sessions you need and whether you run Kubernetes or OpenShift. We use this data to handle your request, issue a trial licence, contact you about it and follow up on a possible purchase. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
We also store technical data that comes with the request: the page you sent it from, the time, and campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example utm parameters or a Google click ID). We use them to see which ads lead to requests. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in measuring our advertising).
Recipients and processors
We use service providers who process data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR: our web and marketing service provider, which builds and runs this page and our customer relationship management; Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of this page); Supabase (storage of form submissions); HighLevel (customer relationship management and e-mail). Some providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
If we run Google Ads, Google may receive information that a visitor who clicked an ad sent the form (conversion measurement).
How long we keep it
We keep request data as long as needed to handle your request and the following sales conversation, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a contract or a legal retention duty requires longer. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to sales@gertzen-digital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
Is providing the data required?
No. Without the data in the form we cannot handle a trial request, but you can always write to us by e-mail instead.
